Plant Control Systems

Autmation has always helped to create ease for the user, We at ETS make automation systems for you according to your need specifically to help run and analyze your industry with ease, ETS teams automate your industry with:

* HMI Systems
* SCADA System
* PLC Systems
* DCS Systems etc

HMI's are engineered to cope with the increasingly complex processes of your machines and systems. They are optimized to meet your specific human machine interface needs using open and standardized interfaces in hardware and software, which allow efficient integration into your automation solution.

PLC Controller

It is an industrial digital computer which has been ruggedized and adapted for the control of manufacturing processes, such as assembly lines, or robotic devices, or any activity that requires high reliability control and ease of programming and process fault diagnosis.

SCADA System

We build according to your need professional SCADA/HMI system designed for the monitoring and control of various industrial processes and for building automation. Data is acquired from control or telemetry systems, logged to databases, and presented to end users in a graphical form (schemes, charts, tables, etc.)..

DCS System

A computerised control system for a process or plant usually with a large number of control loops, in which autonomous controllers are distributed throughout the system, but there is central operator supervisory control. The DCS concept increases reliability and reduces installation costs by localising control functions near the process plant, with remote monitoring and supervision.

Hart Compatible

HART technology offers a reliable, long-term solution for plant operators who seek the benefits of intelligent devices with digital communication – that is included in the majority of the devices beinginstalled. In many cases however, most applications cannot retrofit their existing automation systems with asystem that can accept the digital data which is provided by the HART Protocol.Because most automation networks in operation today are based on traditional 4-20mA analog wiring,HART technology serves a critical role because the digital information is simultaneously communicatedwith the 4-20mA signal. Without it, there would be no digital communication

The HART protocol provides a uniquely backward compatible solution for smart instrument communicationas both 4- 20 mA analog and digital communication signals are transmitted simultaneously on the samewiring. HART provides many benefits promised by fieldbus, while retaining the compatibility andfamiliarity of existing 4-20 mA systems.

HART technology is easy to use and very reliable when used for commissioning and calibration of smartdevices as well as for continuous online diagnostics.
There are several reasons to have a host communicate with smart devices. These include:
1. Device Configuration or re-configuration
2. Device Diagnostics
3. Device Troubleshooting
4. Reading the additional measurement values provided by the device
5. Device Health and Status
